All pieces are meant to be used and loved, and to provide the extra care please take note of the ff:

  • Each piece is food and drink safe.
  • They are also microwave and freezer safe, however, please avoid extreme temperature changes such as hot water then adding ice to preserve its structural integrity.
  • Hand washing is recommended to protect the glazes and keep the colors flawless.

Currently, no, but you can ask to have it wrapped for airport check-in baggage to prepare it for your luggage.

You will receive a text or IG message before we send your order to confirm that somebody is available to receive.

There will also be an automated email update together with your tracking link. Do allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to be processed.

While each item is packaged with care and security, it's understandable that accidents can happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event, that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please email justinebascoceramics@gmail.com. It is important you include clear pictures showing the breakages as well as the condition of the packaging it was sent in.

Once a confirmation email is sent back to you, you will be given an option for refund or store credits so you can choose a new ceramic piece via this website.

Since Justine Basco Ceramic pieces are limited edition handmade art, returns and refunds for change of minds are not accepted.
