Let’s hold space to rekindle your home core memories ♡
In this Pottery Club, local Ceramic Artist Justine Basco expresses one of the oldest known clay techniques, the pinch method. By pinching clay with our bare hands, let’s express and immerse a balance of control and utter impulsiveness with earth’s natural material.
This beginner-friendly (18+) class features a focus on sculpting free form objects and embracing imperfections.
Be it a cup, matcha bowl, trinket dish, or other unique objects that you can think of, what matters most is being vulnerable enough to show what you’ve imagined—even if it doesn’t go according to plan.
This session lasts approximately 3-4 hours and includes all materials and tools needed. Your final fired item will be ready for you to pick up 4-6 weeks later.
